YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BODY TECH:
* Perform thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
* Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and determine the most effective repair methods.
* Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies, frames, and electrical components; perform vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
* Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of repaired or replaced parts.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and guidelines.
* Keep up to date with industry advancements and best practices to enhance your skills and expertise.
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A BODY TECH:
* 310B license preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
* 2–3 years of working experience as a body tech at a reputable auto body repair provider
* Strong working knowledge of auto body frame equipment
