We are seeking an experienced and skilled Auto Body Technician to join this hugely successful, fast-growing auto body repair company and restoration services. As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, using your expertise in repairing, refinishing, and customizing automotive bodies. We are currently hiring for several body tech positions in Winnipeg!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES AS AN AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN:
* Perform thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
* Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify issues and determine the most effective repair methods.
* Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies, frames, and electrical components; perform vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
* Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of repaired or replaced parts.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and guidelines.
* Keep up to date with industry advancements and best practices to enhance your skills and expertise.
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
MUST HAVES:
* Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician.
* Previous experience and understanding of vehicle structural integrity, alignment, and body repair methods (framework, patching, finishing, etc.)
* Proficiency in using auto body repair tools, welding equipment, and paint application techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
* Certification / Red Seal Certification in auto body repair or related field is considered an asset.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* $27.00- $31.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications
