Be very descriptive and dynamic when describing yourself by using action verbs. This will paint a picture for potential employers of what you are capable of.
Be Specific
Use specifics, and avoid sounding vague. Use numbers, percentages, figures and facts. Did you raise sales quotas at your previous job? Show exactly by how much.
Give Them What They are Looking for
And finally, study the job description; really get an idea of what they are looking for. Use this information to write your resume and answer their question of “what’s in it for me?”
