YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER:
* Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery including full implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives.
* Provide leadership for project team; motivate team members to meet project goals and adhere to responsibilities and project milestones.
* Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues and problems; mobilize necessary resources and use appropriate escalation procedures.
* Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of projects.
* Communicate status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, success metrics, and results.
* Analyze existing systems to understand both the business domain and the technical environment in which they operate; perform impact analysis.
* Manage project scope changes; develop change management strategies.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER:
* Post-secondary degree, certifications, or equivalent work experience in IT project management; formal project management certification is an asset (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
* 8–10 years of experience combining IT Infrastructure project management and business analysis-focused work
* Familiarity with Agile Project Management; mastery of Microsoft Office suites including Excel and MS Project
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and understanding of the relationships between technology, operations, and business needs
