YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FIXED ASSETS ACCOUNTANT:
* Review invoices for fixed assets in accordance with IAS 16 (will constitute 50% or more of the position duties).
* Review asset listing with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Review life cycle events.
* Go through leasing changes and review lease schedules.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A FIXED ASSETS ACCOUNTANT:
* Proven knowledge and experience with IAS 16 is required
* 1–3+ years experience in fixed asset accounting
* Previous experience in leasing
* A collaborative team player
* Determination and stamina to meet deadlines in a fast-growing company
* Relevant education in accounting is required
* Proficiency with MS Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
* Experience with Workday is a strong asset
