* Respond to customer inquiries, requests for quotes, and status-update requests.
* Liaise with multiple internal departments to meet customer requirements.
* Negotiate terms for new business, renewals, and mid-term changes with insurance carriers.
* Maintain relationships with all assigned accounts, uncovering current and future business opportunities.
* Analyze data for all assigned accounts and generate reports on delivery, quality, sales, and margins.
* Provide support to outside sales representatives as required.

* 2+ years experience in commercial insurance; insurance designation and Level 2 Manitoba Agent/Broker license is preferred
* Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
* Strong analytical skills; can interpret data and create reports accordingly
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; friendly and patient disposition and can comfortably navigate occasional language barriers
* Persistent, tenacious, and determined; a “hunter” mentality
