WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers – keep informed about timelines and troubleshoot issues.
* Provide detailed pricing information to current, new, and potential clients.
* Confirm and enter orders into the system.
* Manage information and ensure all needed materials are on hand.
* Work with the production team and set priority levels.
* Follow company policies and procedures.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven computer knowledge
* A history managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
