ADMINISTRATIVE / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Winnipeg, Manitoba)
Do you have recent experience in an administrative role and have a passion for accounts payable or accounts receivable? If so, we are currently looking for candidates just like you for the role of administrative support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Reception duties using phone system (answer, transfer calls) and greet customers
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Generate invoices and purchase orders
* Set up and maintain vendor information in database system
* Data entry, including payroll hours
* Other related duties as required
MUST HAVES:
* 2+ years’ experience in a reception role
* Data entry over 7500 KPH
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and knowledge of spreadsheet applications
* Organized, problem solving nature
* Friendly and composed in dealing with customers and co-workers
