WHAT YOU WILL DO AS PROJECT MANAGER:
* Effectively lead and oversee project teams to ensure accountability and performance
* Organize and facilitate regular project update meetings for management
* Create and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules
* Optimize project workflows for efficiency
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure on time delivery
* Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives

* Provide guidance, support and feedback to team members

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT MANAGER:
* Demonstrated success in construction project management
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams
* Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Prior knowledge of project management tools such as siteDOCS, Tekla Powerfab and Bluebeam is an asset
