YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD:
* Proven experience guiding and managing large-scale enterprise IT environments.
* Craft reliable, scalable, innovative solutions using modern technology stacks.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for key IT solutions, including cloud platforms, network security, and hardware
* Oversee and manage IT networks and optimizing resource allocation and cost management.
* Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices for IT systems and security.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD:
* 10 years of IT experience as a technical team lead or manager.
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in large-scale Enterprise grade IT environments
* In-depth knowledge of security standards and practices.
* Strong interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts, and lead and empower people
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT challenges.
