YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRODUCTION MANAGER (NIGHTS):
* Plan, schedule, and oversee activities of the production department during the midnight shift.
* Proactively resolve conflict and address personnel and disciplinary issues.
* Deliver ongoing training and guidance to all team members.
* Ensure regular production, quality, and safety targets are met.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, production, and engineering to meet standards and requirements .
* Develop and implement initiatives to improve processes using Lean concepts.
* Ensure proper maintenance of tools and facility
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PRODUCTION MANAGER (NIGHTS):
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Proven leadership abilities
* Welding skills are an asset
* People skills that are excellent for de-escalating situations and resolving issues
* Experience implementing Lean methodologies and the 5S pillars
