What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Oversee pool construction projects from start to finish, including excavation, structural framing, plumbing systems, decking, and finishing touches. Set the pace and inspire your crew with hands-on leadership.

Plan & Organize: Lay out project sites, measure elevations, and manage materials delivery with precision. Ensure every detail is accounted for to bring project visions to life.

Crew Development: Mentor team members, guiding both experienced and new workers in everything from equipment operation to complex installations.

Engage with Clients: Address client needs with professionalism, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Tech & Efficiency: Track project KPIs, use cloud-based software to manage on-site hours and document job site updates, keeping everything on time and within budget.
What You Bring

Proven Experience: 4+ years in pool construction and/or pool installation, or Plumbing and/or Electrical within similar field, with a strong background in reading blueprints and working with both hand and power tools.

Exceptional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and adapt to challenges on-site while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Skilled Operator: Proficient in using skid steers, mini-excavators, and other construction equipment.

Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills, allowing you to work closely with clients, project managers, and team members.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with cloud-based software for tracking hours and documenting site activities.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to seasonal requirements, including some Saturdays and early-season preparation work & Long weekends off.
