YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER:
* Lead HR operations in Winnipeg including talent management, change management, and training and development programs.
* Develop and implement effective full-cycle recruitment strategies such as sourcing passive candidates, pre-screening, interviews, and managing the offer process.
* Lead onboarding and orientation to enhance employee experiences and contribute to overall retention.
* Maintain and enhance employee relations by mediating issues, interpreting policies and employment legislation, and supporting performance management processes.
* Support creation and delivery of performance measurement systems to align employee goals with succession planning.
* Oversee management of payroll and group benefits administration.
* Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics and analytics.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration 
* CPHR designation preferred
* 5+ years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR practices
* Proven ability to drive organizational change and growth
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and pivot to new tasks on the fly
