MATERIALS PLANNER (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

As the Materials Planner, you will learn the ins and outs of the supply chain for a specific manufacturing discipline, and you will be responsible for all material planning therein.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Review, analyze, and maintain the accuracy of inventory
* Coordinate with the materials and assemblies department to action materials requirement planning (MRP) and daily order requests
* Conduct material tracking and update availability lists
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material plans are meeting the demand
* Support the department’s continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency
* Maintain ERP (Oracle) to track materials and demand

QUALITIES THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER:
* 1+ years of materials planning, production planning, or supply coordination
* Proven experience maintaining inventories
* Experience using an ERP system (with Oracle experience preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
