YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IT MANAGER:
* Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software.
* Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for key IT solutions, including cloud platforms, network security, and hardware
* Oversee and manage IT networks and systems budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost management.
* Manage and optimize ERP system (Job Boss), including custom reporting, and workflow automation.
* Administer SQL databases and custom reporting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Plan and implement IT projects, upgrades, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN IT MANAGER:
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale Enterprise grade IT environments
* 6 to 7 years technical expertise in network infrastructure, server administration, and database management.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, SQL databases, and custom reporting
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT challenges.
* Experience with VoIP systems, particularly Wilix, is a plus
