We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Business Analyst to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, preferably within a new ERP environment. This role will play a crucial part in analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and supporting the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of business processes. In addition, this role will involve supporting other key IT initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IT BUSINESS ANALYST:
* Become the go-to resource for knowledge and expertise on the current ERP system
* Develop and maintain all ERP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Analyze the collected data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with existing vendors and consultants to enhance the functionality and performance of the ERP platform through ongoing optimization and refinement
* Suggest new methods for reporting on specific metrics to help the business seize growth and efficiency opportunities
* Collaborate on various IT projects and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure
* Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades
* Provide Tier 1 technical support to users across all departments and skill levels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN AN IT BUSINESS ANALYST:
* Post-secondary education in business technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* A minimum of 4 years of professional experience with ERP platforms
* Experience with JustFood ERP (from Aptean) is a significant asset
* Demonstrated ability to create reports using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Proven experience in supporting IT infrastructure and end-users
* Proven analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
* Demonstrated experience in applying project management methodologies to successful project outcomes.
