INVOICING CLERK – 3+MONTHS TERM (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

Do you possess strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the accuracy to go with it? If so, this multinational Canadian company is looking for you! In this role, you will assist in various activities to supporting the company’s accounting department and billing processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Produce invoices, upload documents into the system
* Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
* Collect and enter data and distribute results as required
* Coordinate the collection of data from point of origin
* Help pre-process of data to locate missing information and make corrections as needed
* Other related duties as required
    
MUST HAVES:
* Excellent data entry and attention to detail skills
* Previous experience processing invoices
* Strong communication skills: ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization
* Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

ADDITIONAL INFO:
* $14.00 per hour
* Term position with a potential of permanent hire if the right candidate
