TITLE: Managed Services Infrastructure Lead

Lead a team of talented tech specialists with a shared goal of improving customer experiences, IT infrastructure, company procedures and systems. You’ll be the point of contact for clients and staff requiring assistance while coordinating and coaching your team, fostering continued growth, success, and high performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Supervise and coach a team of IT specialists, ensuring efficient resource allocation, continued staff development, and optimal client satisfaction. 
* Ensure shifts are staffed accordingly, including emergency on-call.
* Lead the hiring and interview process; attract and retain quality IT talent.
* Distribute and oversee service tasks and tickets among your team, focusing on customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
* Managing support and technical leadership of IT infrastructure environment including storage, servers, database, cloud, and more.
* Implement new procedures and technologies to improve service quality.
* Provide operational hands-on support for infrastructure environments, including Service Desk procedures, Level 2 and 3 support, and following established KPIs and SLAs; debug and resolve hardware problems.
* Perform vulnerability remediation and patch management tasks.
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service principles through critical thinking and effective communication to anticipate customer needs.

SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
* Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience and training
* 5+ years experience in an IT Operations environment; desktop, server, network, cloud, security operations, and infrastructure management.
* Demonstrated talent in tech leadership, customer service and helpdesk. 
* Experience with Synology, QNAP, HP and Dell servers, Windows OS, N-Able, RMM, Cisco, HP, Ubiquity, Meraki, SonicWALL, FortiGate, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and remote desktop services in an enterprise setting.
* Proficient in ITIL and IT service management practices.
