French Bilingual Help Desk Analysts

Are you a customer-service focused individual? In this role as French & English Bilingual Help Desk Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer service and work alongside staff members to solve technical issues. You will be giving guidance and first-level technical support to staff across the company. If you are fluent in French and English and enjoy helping others, then we would love to hear from you!
* Receiving and responding to inbound phone calls and emails from internal employees across Canada requiring technical support
 * Investigating and diagnosing the problem and taking corrective action as appropriate
* Determine if a request is out of the scope and if the ticket should be transferred to a higher tier level of support
 * Dealing with all inquiries with a high standard of quality and professionalism
* Updating the incident management log of each incoming request and complete root cause analysis
* Participate in individual and team meetings to discuss call monitoring feedback, training and development needs
 * Other duties as required
* Fluently bilingual in French & English
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a diverse customer service focused or technology role, with front line client service or help desk experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with PC applications and software programs (Windows 10 and Office 365)
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting
* Must be available work Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift
