BRANCH TEAM LEADER (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Manage full-time employees at a busy branch with lots of traffic
* Train and mentor staff on products, tools, and sales strategies; create staff schedules
* Create, implement, and track sales goals; provide resources to help staff meet targets
* Handle escalated customer accounts and help with walk-in traffic during busy periods
* Prepare payroll and bank deposits
* Serve as the Key Autopac Person (KAP) for the branch
* Attend quarterly leadership meetings

QUALITIES THAT OUR CLIENT WOULD CONSIDER:
* 3+ years in the insurance industry
* 1+ years of leadership skills are an asset
* Proven Autopac knowledge
* Level 2 or 3 insurance broker; CAIB designation is an asset
* A strong sales aptitude
* Excellent communication skills
