Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Hours: TBD (Start time between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM, 8.5-hour workdays including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer calls daily, providing detailed and accurate information in response to inquiries.
- Become an expert on the Client’s financial program to guide customers through the grant application process, clearly explaining the program’s benefits.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, even in sensitive or challenging situations.
- Continuously seek to resolve customer issues by offering effective alternatives and solutions.
- Maintain organization and composure in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Fluency in both French and English (bilingual proficiency).
- Previous experience in customer service (inbound contact center, retail, or restaurant environment preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse team environment.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work.
- Ability to focus and synthesize information efficiently.
- Candidates must pass a credit check and criminal background check.
