As the Administrative Assistant, you will manage the office’s admin and customer service tasks. In addition, you will assist the accounting department with processing payments and other duties as required.

* Greet customers with a welcoming and helpful attitude
* Answer incoming calls and connect them with the appropriate internal staff
* Respond to customer questions over the phone
* Resolve s issues in a professional manner that deescalates the situation and leaves the customer satisfied
* Handle general company emails, letters, and packages; maintain inventory of office supplies
* Help the accounting department when necessary 

* 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience
* Post-secondary education is an asset
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Valid class 5 driver’s license 
* Any accounting experience is a bonus
