Are you looking to join a leader in natural and organic food products? Here is an excellent opportunity to join Roquette Canada in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba as an Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Raw Materials team. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail skills along with knowledge of the agriculture industry. 

* Create vendors in the ERP system and manage information
* Enter service contracts into the system ensuring accuracy
* Create purchase orders following company process and procedures
* Organize, manage, and ensure accuracy of customer data and agreements
* Complete weekly Canadian Grain Commission reporting and Annual licensing reporting
* Create daily, weekly, and monthly contracting/pricing reports from SAP and Excel
* Other duties as necessary
* 3-5 years’ experience managing an office or senior administration experience
* Previous experience in customer and contract management
* Experience in the agricultural industry/agri-business, and understanding the process of managing customer data and customer agreements
* Proficient with all MS Office programs; highly skilled in using Excel spreadsheets able to use Pivot tables and ability to manipulate information
* Previous ERP experience
