Human Resources Administrator – Part-Time (Winnipeg, MB)

In this part-time role as Human Resources Admin, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep the department operations running smoothly. If you have excellent communication and strong computer skills, then we’d like to hear from you today!

* Maintaining employee documentation by entering and updating employment data
* Providing admin support by entering, formatting, and editing documents and information
* Tracking and ensuring appraisal forms are distributed and completed
* Organizing and maintaining files such as invoices, and grievance files
* Other duties as required

* 2-5 years office administrator experience
* Must be able to pass a criminal record and child abuse check
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Strong sense of ethics and ability to think outside the box
* Some HR experience an asset

* $13.50-14.75 hourly
