LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Open and close commercial real estate files
* Draft and file legal documents
* Manage real estate transactions, including writing reports and other correspondence
* Perform property title searches
* Complete land title registration documentation
* Provide administrative support to other areas, as needed
* 2+ years of administrative experience in the legal, real estate, or finance sector
* Proven customer service background
* Strong knowledge of document controls
* History of handling confidential and sensitive information
* Computer proficiency
* Strong and positive work ethic
* Ability to work independently and with a team
