PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Process and submit payroll information to corporate office bi-weekly
* Ensure payroll time tickets and information is entered completely and accurately
* Ensure payroll is processed accurately (internal software)
* Update the payroll system and run reports, as required
* Print, organize, and distribute pay stubs to all Managers
* Update and maintain all payroll files and tracking programs
* Complete other duties as assigned by the Department Manager


MUST HAVES
* 1+ year of accounting or payroll experience
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word 
* Excellent communication skills; ability to grow and maintain strong business relationships with employees and managers
* Track record of professionally handling confidential information
* Proven time management and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
* Solutions-oriented and results-driven work ethic
* Ability to work as part of a team or independently, as required
