Industrial Painter (Winnipeg, MB)

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a family-owned steel fabricator in Winnipeg? In this role, you will be responsible for preparing parts for paint, accurately measuring and mixing paints as well as properly maintaining equipment. If you’re a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and communication skills, then we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Carefully prep parts and paint to specification; identifying and masking areas as required
* Performing daily maintenance routines on paint equipment
* Utilizing proper wet paint application techniques
* Inspecting paint jobs for quality problems such as runs and missed areas
* Mixing and measuring paints properly and accurately


MUST HAVES:
* Previous industrial painting experience
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to lift 50-60 lbs


ADDITIONAL INFO:
* $15.00 - $18.00 per hour 
* Day position
