Senior Office Administrator

As Senior Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, corporate travel and basic accounting functions. This is a fast-paced environment that will take advantage of your strong communications skills and is ideal for an organized and systems-savvy individual.

* Support executives with a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, basic accounting, processing expense claims and posting deposits
* Assist with business development; writing RFPs, sourcing information, customizing info and creating reports
* Proofreading, ensuring documents are organized and aesthetically pleasing 
* Other duties as necessary

* 2+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
* Strong systems skills, including intermediate to advanced MS Office & Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills
* Track record of efficiency and organization
* Proven ability to learn quickly
* Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
