CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

In this role, you will ensure compliance with company policies and processes, implements improvements as needed to maximize productivity and minimize costs. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate a call centre team of 15 to 20 people to meet and exceed objectives, including delivering high-level customer service
Interview, hire, and onboard call centre associates
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes and industry regulations
Effectively communicate with clients; address and resolve escalated client issues
Communicate organizational changes to call centre team
Assess and implement process and procedure improvements
Prepare performance reports for management
2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a call centre environment
5+ years of customer service experience, 3+ years in an inbound call centre role preferred
Team-focused and pro-active management style
Proven ability to communicate well with people at all levels of an organization
Strong knowledge of call centre management principles and mechanics
Proven ability to manage customer service challenges in a fast-paced environment
Track record of creative problem solving
Post-Secondary education an asset
3 to 11pm – set schedule
