EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

In this position at a well-known Manitoba company, you will provide daily support to the company CEO. This CEO requires a candidate who offers confidence that assigned tasks will be completed promptly, accurately and without reminders. If you have proven experience handling confidential information and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the position is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Act as recording secretary for the Board of Directors and other committees
* Record and transcribe committee minutes and ensure all information is provided to committee members
* Schedule meetings and prepare notice of meeting agendas for CEO and committees
* Continuously revise and maintain association minute book
* Coordinate luncheons, dinners, special events, etc.
* Assist CEO with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
* 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant to a high-level executive
* Keen understanding of confidentiality
* Track record of strong professionalism, organization and trustworthiness
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong decision making skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
