As Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to the management team with tasks related to human resources, accounting & finance, health & safety and procurement. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Providing administrative support to human resources, finance, health & safety and procurement
* Supporting the corporate recruitment process and making recommendations for improvement; pre-screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checking
* Lead new hire onboarding; benefits overview and enrollment, initiate new employee forms
* Performing data entry tasks; invoices and purchase orders
* Preparing reports for management and take on special projects as required
* Bilingual; Fluent in French and English
* 2+ years of human resource and/or executive assistant experience
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and pay high attention to detail
