WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Greeting visitors and answering phones, directing calls and relaying messages
* Handling, incoming and outbound mail, managing inventory and sales
* Managing inbound and outbound emails
* Arrange for service calls – copier, trades, etc.
* Event planning – book board rooms, AGM, conferences
* Ordering supplies for the office, kitchen etc.
* Other duties as required
* Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
* Polite and courteous
* Ability to handle fast pace and changing priorities
* Experience in agriculture is an asset
* Experience in SAP Business 1 is an asset
* Experience in accounting or interest in accounting
