Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Winnipeg, MB
Are you a passionate individual who thrives in challenging situations? We’re looking for a self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant who is proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting tools. As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for handling general administrative office duties, including taking minutes at various meetings, setting up meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files. If you have high attention to detail and want to work in a stable and harmonious work environment, we’d like to hear from you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Office administration, photocopying, scanning and filing
* Taking detailed minutes at meetings
* Draft, format and proofread documents, reports and correspondence
* Preparing and reviewing expense reports to company policies
* Research cost and propose travel arrangements required for various project related staff
* Vacation coverage for the Executive Assistant
* Perform other duties as required
* Strong multitasking skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
* The ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Professional
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Exceptional accuracy and attention to details
* 8AM – 12PM
