ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

As Administrative Assistant, you will support efficient company operations through a variety of design, administrative and accounts payable duties. WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Create quotes for new customers
* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
* Proof read documents and sending it to be printed
* Signing authority with the print shop
* Maintain social media accounts
* Suggest improvement strategies in an effort to improve efficiency within the office
* Create and send out invoices
* Other duties as assigned
* 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Administrative Assistant or Office Support role within the print, advertising or design industry
* Ability to up-sell and cross-sell the business brand
* Strong proficiency in MS Suite, Word and Excel
* Ability to take ownership of the role
* Must own a vehicle
