President & Co-founder

Dale Driedger

As President and Co-founder of Pinnacle, Dale oversees the company’s daily operations. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Dale is respected for his disciplined approach to making the company an industry leader with exceptional client service.

Prior to co-founding Pinnacle, Dale served 12 years as senior vice president of a national security firm, where he was responsible for six branches and 1,700 employees. A lifelong Winnipegger, Dale is passionate about contributing to his community. This is well reflected through Pinnacle’s support of the Winnipeg community through various initiatives such as industry associations, charitable causes and scholarships. Dale has championed Pinnacle to become a leader among its peers and a forward-thinking company which values and invests in higher education so bright young students can dream big and attain a world class education.

Dale currently sits on the Winnipeg Rifles Football Club board; is a Campaign Cabinet Member for the Dakota Community Centre; and is the assistant coach for the Dakota High School Varsity Football Team and a coach in the Dakota High School Football Academy. He and his wife, Jodian, reside in South St. Vital with their two children, age 12 and 15.

Co-founder

Wade Miller

Now at the helm as President and CEO of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Wade has proven himself a gutsy leader who found success through sheer determination, creativity and teamwork. His extensive entrepreneurial successes include Pinnacle – which he co-founded with Dale Driedger in 2002, Elite Performance Training Centre, Elite Sports Injury Centres, Booster Juice franchises, and co-authored “You Want Me To Do What!?” – Understanding workplace expectations.

A highly sought-after keynote speaker, Wade is best known for his lively approach to delivering valuable, timely information that creates a positive impact on business and life. In 2007 he was recognized nationally as one of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 and in 2009 he was named a Prairie finalist for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur Award for his work at Pinnacle. In his early days as a Winnipeg Blue Bomber, he outperformed his competition, endured through 11 Canadian Football League seasons, achieved Special Teams and All Star honours and ended his career as an inductee into the Blue Bomber Hall of Fame in 2011.

Together, Wade’s achievements define his commitment to developing organizations and people dedicated to excellence, growth and success. His accomplishments are the direct result of hard work, team empowerment, innovation and his principle belief that Great People create Great Organizations. Above all, Wade is a proud hockey and soccer dad, who is inspired by his son each and every day.
